British tea seller says she won’t be buying British milk

British tea shop owner Helen Wintermelong has said she will not be buying milk from British producers, saying the British government is out to get her business.

Wintermellong said last week she was asked by the British Department of Agriculture if her business, which has two stores in London, could sell milk from the U.K. to her customers, who live in India.

The Department of Food, Agriculture and Rural Affairs declined to comment.

Wintemelong said the government’s actions were based on false information and that she was not going to be selling milk from India to U.S. customers.
