What’s in your milk? Politico asks experts

In the last year, the dairy industry has seen a big uptick in the number of cases of salmonella cases in the U.S. According to the CDC, salmonellosis cases were down 17 percent in 2014, and they’re down almost 30 percent in 2015.

That could be partly attributed to an increase in milk consumption.

The FDA says the U to increase milk consumption, but some experts have questions about that.
